  I have a love-hate relationship with this Wendy's. I don't go here anymore since moving away from the area. The food was always good, but the lines were long and people would dawdle while ordering.

  I've always preferred this particular Wendy's to the others in the area. It's always been the best at reliability, service and food preparation. Lately, The food prep has still held up but, the service and reliability have been a mixed bag. Sometimes you get a friendly server, other times you get a server that seems to be mad you even pulled up. Orders get mixed up more often they used too and straws are rarely remembered.
  The building is nice and big though making eating inside surprisingly pleasant for a fast food place. This is still one of the best fast food restaurants in Cleveland. If you're in the area check it out.

  Lately having timely service challenges. Long lines and long waits. Lots of unhappy customers. I wish they would demolish the speed bump at the drive thru. People many times pull right in back of the people who are putting in their order. If they didn't go all the way over the hump, that car will roll backwards before going forward. The food is good, if they give you the right order. Check your bag before pulling off from drive thru, you will either get a pleasant surprise or a surprise that will make your blood boil.
